You can expect to receive all or some of the following documents from us:

a) Power of Attorney

b) Confirmation of your current or past Australian details

c) Statutory Declaration / Affidavit / Statement under Oath

d) Confirmation of our banking details for the initial basic search cost

e) Whatever the relevant Regulators, Entities or Companies may request - we can assist you with these and guide and inform you accordingly.

You can download, complete and then return the documents as attachments, by return email.

QUICK SCAN

A quick scan costs $25.00 and is payable upfront. With this scan we search for your surname and initials.

Results are normally within 48 business hours.

  • Note: You can do the quick scan yourself, and its free. We are happy to then further assist with the documentation, next steps and comprehensive process.

BASIC SEARCH

The cost for a basic search is $78.00 and is payable upfront. This covers searches with all relevant Entities and Companies across Australia, and could require more details to confirm a positive match.

Results are normally within 5 business days.

COMPREHENSIVE PROCESS

Once our (or your) initial search confirmed a positive match and you elect to continue with us, we charge a processing fee.

This processing fee is the greater of $200.00 or 10% of the successfully claimed amount and will be deducted at the end. In this case there is nothing to be paid upfront.

If you paid any of the initial searches ($25.00 or $78.00) these will be deducted from this processing fee.

This comprehensive process can take up to 3 months.

Amounts are in AUD and are individually charged not cumulative.

2 ) We will commence various searches across all Entities and Companies in Australia. This initial once-off search costs are either $25.00 or $78.00 (AUD) and payable upfront (See our Costs and Fees page).

3 ) Once all searches are done, we will contact you by return email, sharing the results.

4 ) If there is a positive match, we will also share the detailed preparation steps, documentation and expected timeframes to process the claim for a refund.

5 ) The fee to complete a detailed refund process is the greater of $200.00 or 10% of the final claimed amount. This fee is only payable upon us successfully claiming the money. Our initial search fees are deducted from this fee.
